How do you capture IT capabilities and map against their business capabilities in one page? Is it by organizational structure or is it by business fonctions ? Which one is better ?

the teasing formule "in one page" reminds me "IT governance in one page" from Pr Peter Weill and Jeanne Ross (MIT), 2004.
P. Weill and J. Ross are one of the three thought leaderships in IT governance as per wikipedia, the other two being ISACA (Cobit) and ISO (35800)
